Return Policies:

Returns of full-price jewelry are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are final and are not returnable. Refunds will be credited in original form of payment. The jewelry must be in original condition. Sculpture is not returnable.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, we do not cover the cost for return shipping. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is received by us. We recommend that you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method. Please keep a record of your tracking for proof of delivery.

All sales are final on international / Canadian orders and on pieces in the “Sale” section of our website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders. We do not refund international / Canadian orders and all custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs, along with import fees or duties on international orders are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Our payment options are all major credit cards and PayPal. (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).

Sales Tax:

Sales tax may be applicable on orders shipped to addresses in certain states. Certain counties and cities within each of these states may also levy an additional sales tax. These taxes will be applicable to your order and will be automatically calculated and added to your total during checkout. You will receive full details of all the applicable taxes and notification of the total amount before you finalize your online order. State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of your order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

If you wish not to be contacted further please reach out to us via email and ask that your personal information be removed from our marketing list.
